Operating out of a 14,500 square foot facility located in Jackson, Michigan, GLMF provides a variety of metal finishing services including anodizing type II and III, passivation, dry film lubrication (DFL), dry blast, paint, chromate type I & II, and phosphate coat on titanium.
In 2012, GLMF was acquired by and became a subsidiary of Classic Turning, Inc. one of the Midwest’s largest and fastest growing CAD/CAM design and CNC machining companies. For more than 35 years Classic Turning has been serving a multitude of industries including the aerospace, medical, precision automotive, industrial machine building and military industries. This acquisition positions the company for growth particularly in the aerospace and medical market and qualifies Classic Turning to supply parts complete with all special metal finishing operations done in house with greatly reduced cycle time.
